  Save the date for a night steeped in the rich sounds of classic Houston blues! Join us on April 25th at the Big Easy Social & Pleasure Club for our monthly HBS Jam, hosted by the phenomenal Steve Gilbert. Starting at 9 PM, there’s no cover charge for a journey through the heart of blues music.

  From his early days of honing skills in Houston and Austin, to his pivotal time in Los Angeles with The Scraps, and his triumphant return to Houston where he revitalized the local blues scene with the H-Town Jukes, Steve's musical journey is one of passion and dedication. Steve continues to enchant audiences with sounds that pay homage to Houston’s juke joints of yesteryears.

  After Steve sets the tone with a mix of down-home shuffles and deep blues ballads, the stage opens to all at 10 PM. Whether you're a musician or a fan, come celebrate the legacy of blues with us.
