Second, The Estate of Andrew Hanson and Photographic Archives Lab and Gallery, Dallas, Texas is making available through the fund a very limited edition portrait of Lightnin' Hopkins. Mr. Hanson was 27 years old when he shot the above image of Hopkins in 1959. The image was used as the cover shot for Hopkins' Tradition label album, Autobiography in Blues. These prints were made in 2007 prior to Hanson's death. Currently there are 40 prints available. These gorgeous prints are US$115 (including shipping and handling); overseas shipping is an additional cost.
